At a Glance:

The Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of your app’s performance metrics, helping you monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and make informed decisions.

Overview

Once you have successfully registered your application on Apptrove, you will gain access to a variety of performance metrics displayed on your Dashboard. These metrics offer insights into your app’s overall performance, allowing you to track user engagement, revenue generation, and traffic sources.

Touchpoints

This gadget displays the total number of clicks and impressions your application has received during the selected time period. It also helps you analyze performance trends over time, making it easier to track user engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Total Revenue

This section provides an overview of the total revenue generated, along with a breakdown of accepted and rejected revenue for both organic and non-organic data. It helps in understanding revenue quality and identifying discrepancies across traffic sources.

  • ARPU (Average Revenue Per User): The average revenue earned from each user over a selected period of time.

  • ARPPU (Average Revenue Per Paying User): The average revenue earned specifically from users who have made at least one purchase.

Installs

This section tracks how many app installs were generated from your campaigns and how they are categorized. This section allows you to study installation trends, monitor the click-to-install conversion percentage, and identify fraudulent installs.

It offers valuable insights into campaign performance and user acquisition quality.

  • Non-Organic

    These are installs coming from paid or tracked campaigns (ads, affiliate links, etc.)

  • Organic

    These installs happen naturally, without paid marketing (e.g. direct search, store browsing)

  • Click to Install

    This shows installs that came directly after a click on your tracking link/ad

  • Fraudulent

    Installs flagged as invalid traffic or suspicious activity

Note: These stats are clickable and will redirect you to the dedicated reports.

Geographical Distribution

The Geographical Distribution widget offers a visual representation of where your app traffic is coming from. The map highlights:

  • Regions generating the highest number of clicks and installs.

  • Distribution of organic and non-organic installs.

  • Areas with fraudulent installs.

  • Regional revenue and impressions.

Regions with high traffic will be distinctly highlighted, whereas regions with low or no traffic will remain blank. You can also filter the data by partner or channel to gain more targeted insights.

User Acquisition Trend

This widget displays the overall user acquisition trend over a specified time frame. You can track data for:

  • Organic installs

  • Non-organic installs

By analyzing user acquisition trends, you can identify peak periods of user activity and understand the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.

Breakdown

The Breakdown widget allows you to dive deeper into your app’s performance, such as clicks, installs, and revenue. You can also analyze by grouping data based on:

  • Partner: Understand which partner or affiliate drives the most conversions.

  • Country: Identify the regions contributing most to your installs and revenue.

  • Channel: Analyze which marketing channels (paid ads, organic, social media) are yielding the highest returns.

The Trend widget provides a graphical representation of key metrics like:

  • Impressions

  • Cost

  • Revenue

The trend graph can be filtered based on partner or channel, allowing you to visualize the performance of individual marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
