Introduction
The Notes feature in Apptrove is designed to improve collaboration and transparency between advertisers, agencies, and partners. By using this feature, users can leave informative notes that are visible to relevant parties, ensuring everyone stays aligned on campaign expectations, updates, or special instructions.
Who Can Do What with Notes?
Advertiser:
Can create notes specifically for partners.
Notes created by advertisers are visible to the partner and agency associated with the campaign.
Agency:
Can create and view the notes they have written for their partners.
Cannot edit or delete notes created by advertisers.
Partner:
Can read notes created by both the advertiser and agency.
Cannot create or edit notes.
How to Create a Note (For Advertisers and Agencies):
Log in to your Apptrove account.
Navigate to the Partner account from the Partner directory.
Click on the specific partner.
Go to the Integration Details tab.
Click Add Note.
Enter the note content.
Click Post.
Note: Only advertisers and agencies have the ability to create or edit notes. Partners have read-only access.
Viewing Notes (For Partners):
Log in to your Apptrove account.
Go to the Integration Details section.
Open the Notes tab to view all notes shared by the advertiser or agency.
Use Cases:
Notes are a great way to share:
Special payout instructions.
Traffic quality guidelines.
Reporting discrepancies or clarifications.
Notes help reduce communication gaps and ensure that partners are always aware of the latest instructions or updates.
