At a Glance: CleverTap is a customer engagement and retention platform and can be used to increase the brand presence and customer base.
This article enlists all the steps that you can take in order to complete the integration with CleverTap over the Apptrove platform
Steps to Follow
Go to Partners Integration -> Directory -> Search for "CleverTap"
Add your CleverTap details over the Trackier platform - Account ie project ID, Account token i.e. project token, password and region
As part of your CleverTap account, you will the data that you need to fill in the "Settings" sections
Default Postback - Apptrove will send automatic postback to CleverTap following user installation. All you need to do is enable this option for the same
Configure in-app event - In case you want to send all events select “Send all in-app event postback to partner” and in case you want to send only selected one choose the event name and event identifier. The event identifier would be the name that you defined as part of the cleverTap account
Once all the above-mentioned steps are done please click on the "Save" button and you will be successfully integrated with CleverTap.
