Steps to Integrate CleverTap with Apptrove
Step 1: Locate CleverTap in the Integration Directory
Log in to your Apptrove account.
Navigate to Partners Integration > Directory.
In the search bar, type “CleverTap” and select it from the list of available integrations.
Step 2: Enter Your CleverTap Account Credentials
To successfully link your CleverTap account with Apptrove, you will need the following details:
Project ID (Account ID)
Project Token (Account Token)
Password
Region
You can find these credentials within your CleverTap account settings. Once retrieved, enter them in the appropriate fields within Apptrove’s settings section.
Step 3: Enable Default Postback
Postbacks allow Apptrove to automatically send user installation data to CleverTap. This ensures that all installations are properly recorded and attributed within your CleverTap account.
Enable the Default Postback option to allow Apptrove to send automatic postback data to CleverTap following each user installation.
Step 4: Configure In-App Event Tracking
Configure in-app event: In case you want to send all events, select “Send all in-app event postback to partner,” and in case you want to send only selected ones, choose the event name and event identifier. The event identifier would be the name that you defined as part of the CleverTap account

Step 5: Save Your Integration Settings
Once all the above-mentioned steps are done, please click on the "Save" button, and you will be successfully integrated with CleverTap.
Important Region Configuration Notes
When configuring your CleverTap integration, make sure to use the correct region code based on your CleverTap dashboard URL.
How to identify your region
If your account URL is:
https://eu1.dashboard.clevertap.com
Use region: EU1
(Your data is hosted in the Europe data center)If your account URL is:
https://in1.dashboard.clevertap.com
Use region: IN1
(Your data is hosted in the India data center)If your account URL is:
https://aps3.dashboard.clevertap.com
Use region: ID
(Your data is hosted in the Indonesia data center)
Important
The region value is case-sensitive
Always enter the region in capital letters only
If lowercase letters are used, postbacks will automatically be routed to the default server (EU1), which may result in failed data delivery or integration issues.
