Save your report setup once and reuse it anytime, or schedule it to be automatically delivered via email to your team.

The Saved & Scheduled Reports feature in Apptrove allows you to save frequently used report configurations and automate report delivery via email.

This helps reduce manual effort, ensures consistency in reporting, and keeps your team updated without needing to log in daily.


Saved Reports

Saved Reports allow you to store your report configuration so you don’t have to recreate it every time. This feature is especially useful for users who regularly check the same reports, share performance data with stakeholders or clients, or want to automate reporting without manual effort. It helps ensure consistency in reporting while saving time by eliminating the need to recreate reports repeatedly.

What You Can Save

You can save the following report settings:

  • Metrics/KPIs: Clicks, Impressions, Sessions, Installs, Uninstalls, etc.

  • Filters: Agency, Partner, Geo, Campaign, City, etc.

  • Group By options: Campaign, Partner, Geo, Ad, Channel, etc. (up to 4 levels)

Note: Date range is not saved — you can select it each time you open the report.


How to Save a Report

  1. Go to the Reports section
    Open any report (daily, partner, event, agency, etc.) from the Apptrove dashboard.

  2. Set up your report
    Apply filters (campaign, partner, geo, etc.) and select the metrics you want to see.

  3. Adjust the view and sorting
    Choose how you want the data to appear (grouping, columns, breakdowns).

  4. Click on “Save Report”
    You’ll find this option in the top right section of the report page.

  5. Enter a report name
    Give it a clear name so it’s easy to identify later.

  6. Click Save
    Your report is now saved and will appear in the Saved Reports section. Click on the saved report, and it will direct you to the same reports with selected KPIs, filters, and group-by filters. Please note that you can change the date range of a saved report as per requirement; it is not defined when a report is saved.


Scheduled Reports

Scheduled Reports allow you to automatically send reports via email at regular intervals.

How to Schedule a Report

  1. Go to the Saved and Scheduled Reports section.
    Select the "Scheduled Report" section from the dashboard.

  2. Click on “Schedule Report”
    This option will be available on the report screen.

  3. Select the date range
    Choose what data you want (e.g., Last 7 Days, 15 days, 31 days).

  4. Choose how often to send it
    Select the frequency:

    • Daily

    • Weekly(Select at least one day of the week)

    • Monthly(Select at least one date of the month)

  5. Add recipients
    Select the team members to whom you wish to schedule a report. Please find attached screenshot for the above mentioned steps.

  6. Click Save Schedule
    Your report will now be sent automatically as per your setup.


Email Delivery

  • Reports are sent via email in CSV format

  • Large files are shared via a download link

  • Emails include:

    • Report name

    • Date range

    • App name

    • Time of generation

  • Edit or delete schedules anytime

  • Pause or resume delivery status.

Points to Note

  • Saved reports store filters, metrics, and grouping only

  • The date range must be selected each time you open the report

  • You can save up to 100 reports per app

  • Scheduled reports can only be sent to team members

  • Reports are delivered in CSV format only

  • Deleting a saved report may impact linked schedules
