Accessing Billing on Apptrove
To access billing details on Apptrove, follow these steps:
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Apptrove dashboard.
From the dropdown menu, select Billing.
You will be directed to the billing page, where you can view your plan details, upcoming payments, and invoice history.
Note: Users on a Free Trial plan are given a quota of 10000 installs free of cost. Upon consumption of the quota, you can upgrade your plan according to your business needs.
Next Billing Details
This section outlines your upcoming billing details, including the next payment amount and date.
Amount: The total cost due for the upcoming billing cycle.
Date: The scheduled date for the next payment deduction.
Plan Details
This section provides details about your current subscription plan, including costs, quotas, and extra charges.
Plan Name: The name of your active subscription plan.
Plan Amount: The cost of the selected plan.
Start Date: The date when the subscription plan became active.
Quota (Total Number of Installs): The total number of installs allowed under your current plan.
Quota Consumed: The number of installs already used from the allocated quota.
Extra Cost per Install: The additional charge per install if you exceed the allocated quota.
Billing Details
This section contains essential billing information related to your Apptrove account.
Company: The registered name of the company associated with the billing account.
Billing Email: The email address where billing-related notifications and invoices are sent.
Net Term: The payment period granted before an invoice is due.
Account Manager: The Apptrove representative assigned to your account for billing and support assistance.
Billing Address: The official address associated with the billing account.
Invoices
A list of past invoices, including their issue dates, due dates, amounts, and payment statuses. You can view and download invoices from this section.
