At a Glance: This article will give you an idea on how to create links in bulk and fetch them from the Apptrove platform.
Create Your Collection
Navigate to the Bulk Link Import section inside the Deep Links tab.
Click on the "+ Create Collection" button.
Add a collection name, select the template to which these links will be assigned, and upload your CSV file.
How to Create the CSV File
Below is the list of fields required in the CSV file.
Field Name | Description |
custom_link_id | Custom URL ID (Max Characters 50) |
link_name* | Name of the link (Max Characters 50) |
campaign_name* | Campaign name (Max Characters 50) |
deep_link_value* | Parameter handling the deep link (Max Characters 50) |
media_source* | Media source name (Max Characters 50) |
is_retargeting | Enter true if retargeting is applied, false otherwise |
reengagement_window | The time frame after re-engagement during which in-app events are attributed to re-engagement |
lookback_window | Maximum time allowed (from click to install/re-engagement) to attribute the user to a specific ad |
status | Status of the link |
desktop_rurl | Redirect URL when the link is clicked from a desktop |
android_rurl | Redirect URL when the link is clicked from an Android device and the app is not installed |
ios_rurl | Redirect URL when the link is clicked from an iOS device and the app is not installed |
cost_currency | Currency for the cost per install attributed to this link |
cost_value | Cost value associated with the currency |
Additional Attribution Parameters | p1, p2, p3, p4, p5, channel, ad, ad_id, ad_group, ad_group_id |
fallback_scheme | Fallback URL to use if the app is not installed |
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
File Status and Actions
You can download the sample file from the platform to check the expected formats and data types for each parameter.
After upload, the file can reflect three statuses:
Invalid: No links created due to an incorrect file type or format.
Valid: All links successfully created.
Partially Imported: Some links were created while others failed.
If partial import occurs, you can download the result file to review why specific links failed by clicking the "Download" button.
If all links are created successfully, you can view them under "View Links". The system will also update the links automatically in the chosen template.
