Q1. How can a partner or an agency sign up on Apptrove if they are not listed?

Partners or agencies that are not listed with Apptrove can sign up easily using the following link:

Once signed up, they will have access to the platform without any charges.

Q2. Do agencies or partners have to pay anything to Apptrove to access the platform?

No, Apptrove provides free access to the platform for all partners and agencies. They simply need to complete the sign-up process to start using the platform.

Q3. What type of attribution model does Apptrove follow?

Apptrove uses the Last Touch Attribution model. This means the last source of interaction before a conversion will get credit for the conversion.

Q4. Is there any influencer sign-up or how can links be created for influencers?

Currently, there is no direct influencer sign-up. However, advertisers can create UniLinks for influencers and share them directly. These links can track the performance of the influencer's campaign.

To create influencer links, navigate to:

  • UniLink β†’ Create Link β†’ Share the link with influencers.​

Q5. Can users create QR codes to share with affiliates or influencers?

Yes, users can easily create QR codes for their campaigns in Apptrove. This can be done by:

  • Navigating to UniLink β†’ Create Link β†’ Generate QR Code.

  • The QR code can then be shared with affiliates, influencers, or any promotional channels.

Q6. Can we upload APKs or unpublished apps on the dashboard for tracking?

Yes, Apptrove supports the upload of APKs (Android Package Kits) or unpublished apps. Once uploaded, you can integrate Apptrove's SDK to start tracking installs, revenue, and other app events.

Q7. Does the click-to-install (CR%) rate show the total install rate or only non-organic installs?

The click-to-install rate (CR%) in Apptrove shows the rate for non-organic installs only, excluding organic installs from the calculation.

Q8. Can we create a custom dashboard for internal analytics purposes?

Yes, Apptrove allows users to create multiple custom dashboards based on various performance metrics. This helps in creating tailored visualizations for internal analysis.

To create a custom dashboard, navigate to:

  • Custom Dashboard β†’ Create New Dashboard β†’ Select the desired metrics.

Q9. Do fraud numbers include both organic and non-organic installs?

Yes, the fraud report in Apptrove includes rejected installs from both organic and non-organic sources.

Q10. What is the retention report based on: installs and uninstalls or installs and usage?

The Retention Report in Apptrove tracks how many users installed the app on Day 1 and how many of them continued to open/use the app in the subsequent days.

It is not based on uninstalls but rather user engagement.

Q11. Can we filter event data to see only new users?

Yes, you can filter event data to track only new users by:

  • Navigating to In-app Event Report β†’ Apply Filter β†’ Select Data from new users.

Q12. If a user updates the app, will it be counted as an organic or non-organic install?

No, if the app was already installed and integrated with Apptrove SDK, an update will not be counted as a new install. It will neither be classified as organic nor non-organic. The install count only considers first-time installations.
