At a Glance: This article will help you with new agency signup and what the agency account consists of.

Overview

  • Agency accounts are used by agencies that are in charge of working on behalf on advertisers for marketing activities and running campaigns

  • A particular agency works with multiple partners and hence has the right to integrate with them on behalf of app owners

  • To register as an agency, you can go to our registration page and signup.

Setup Instructions

  • Add basic information for signup such as email, business name and company name

  • Post adding the above details user will get an email for activating their account. The email will also contain a password through which the user can log in and further change from the account

  • Once logged in, few basic details would be required to fill in such as contact number, social information (Not necessary) and if the clients are working with Trackier or not.

Platfrom Walkthrough

  • Once added above details, a page will appear asking you to connect with the advertisers and complete the integration. The integration will be done on App owner's end.

  • Once the integration is done apps will be shown as part of your dashboard/front page

  • Inside the apps, you can see the partner integration page. Integrate with partners directly from this section on behalf of advertiser.


    Note - In case the app owner has already integrated with that partner you will not be allowed to integrate with them again.


  • Dashboard - Aggregated information all important KPIs and metrics. Agency can see all the data for geo locations, clicks, installs, trends for organic and non-organic installs etc

  • You can also see various reports and logs if the advertiser has given you proper permissions.

  • The daily report will tell you stats for each day, Partner report will show metrics of each partner that you have integrated with the app, fraud report will give stats on the fraudulent data that the partner has triggered and event report will tell you all the events triggered via that partners

  • Logs are the raw data of all the traffic received in terms of clicks, impressions, installs, events, postback and uninstall (If the permissions are given by the app owner)
