Agency Signup and Account

Create an Agency Account to start managing and evaluating your clients’ campaigns from a single platform.

Overview

  • Agency accounts are used by agencies that are in charge of working on behalf of advertisers for marketing activities and running campaigns.

  • A particular agency works with multiple partners and hence has the right to integrate with them on behalf of app owners.

  • To register as an agency, you can go to our registration page and sign up.

How to Register as an Agency

  1. Visit the Apptrove registration page

  2. Enter the required details:

    • Business Email

    • Company Name

    • Full Name

  3. Submit the form

Account Activation

  • After signing up, you will receive an activation email

  • The email will include:

    • A login link

    • A temporary password

Next Steps:

  • Log in using the provided credentials

  • It is recommended to change your password after first login

Once logged in, you’ll be asked to add a few additional details:

  • Contact number

  • Social information (optional)

  • Whether your clients are already working with Apptrove

This helps personalize your account and improve your setup experience.

Platform Walkthrough

1. Connecting with Advertisers

  • After completing your profile, you will see an option to connect with advertisers, Share your Compane name or aplha-numeric Agency ID visible in the company section of profile. Refer to the screenshoot below:

  • The integration process is completed on the app owner’s end

  • Once done, the apps will start appearing on your dashboard, like visible in the screenshot below.

2. App-Level Access

Inside each app, you can:

  • Go to the Partner Integration section

  • Integrate with different partners by searching them using their Company name or Partner ID.

  • Manage integrations and postbacks activations on behalf of the advertisers.

The dashboard provides a consolidated view of key performance metrics, including:

  • Clicks

  • Installs

  • Geo-level performance

  • Organic vs Non-organic trends

This helps you quickly understand campaign performance across all apps.

Reports

You can access different types of reports (based on permissions provided by the advertiser):

  • Daily Report – Performance data on a day-to-day basis

  • Partner Report – Metrics for each integrated partner

  • Fraud Report – Insights into fraudulent activity

  • Event Report – Data on in-app events triggered

Logs

Logs provide raw-level data for deeper analysis, including:

  • Clicks

  • Impressions

  • Installs

  • Events

  • Postbacks

  • Uninstalls

Note: Access to logs depends on permissions granted by the app owner
