At a Glance: This article explains how to manage your Profile, Company details, Team Members, Timeline, Billing, Password and 2FA settings in the Apptrove dashboard.
Overview
The Profile Section in Apptrove allows you to customize account details, manage team access, update billing information, and secure your account. Accessible from the profile icon on the top-right corner, this section helps you personalize and manage your workspace with ease.
Edit Profile
Go to the profile icon in the top-right corner and click on Profile.
Here, you can update your basic details, including:
Name
Email
Contact Number
Skype ID
Preferred Language
Change Password & Two-Factor Authentication
Navigate to the Change Password tab.
Change Password: Enter your old password and set a new one to enhance account security.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA for additional protection. Once activated, you’ll be required to enter a verification code each time you log in from an unrecognized device.
Company Profile
In the Company tab, you can manage and update your organization’s details.
You can edit:
Company Name
Contact Number
Team Size
City, State, Country
Address & Description
Sidebar Color customization
Social Media Links (Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Blog, etc.)
This ensures that your account accurately represents your company.
Team Members
Go to the Team Members section to manage access for your team.
Click on Action → Add Team Member
Fill in user details
Assign apps for which the user should have access
Set specific permission levels (customizable as per your requirements)

Timeline
The Timeline section shows all account activities in chronological order.
Each action (such as exports, updates, or changes) is logged with timestamps.
You can filter activities by date for quick tracking.
Billing
In the Billing section, you can manage your subscription details, invoices, and payment history.

NOTE:
Don’t forget to click Save once you make changes.
