At a Glance: WebEngage is a customer data platform and can be used as a retention marketing tool. This article enlists all the steps are needed to have an active integration between WebEngage and AppTrove
Steps to Follow
Go to Partners Integration -> Directory -> Search for "WebEngage"
Toggle on the "Active" button
To complete the integration user needs to fill in the API key and region they have added as part of the WebEngage account
To view the API key, go to the webengage platform and click on the data platform -> Integrations -> Rest API
On clicking the "View" button of the rest API, you will see an alphanumeric key. Copy and paste that key as part of the API key field on AppTrove
The region would be the one that you have set while onboarding with WebEngage. For data centre in US select 'c', for India select 'c.in' or 'c.ksa' for Saudi Arabia.
Default Postback - Apptrove will send automatic postback to Webengage following user installation. All you need to do is enable this option for the same
Once all the above-mentioned steps are done please click on the "Save" button and you will be successfully integrated with Webengage.
